Unexpected weight gain. We’ve all experienced it. Even expected weight gain (pregnancy) can be frustrating if that extra weight hangs around too long. That’s my dilemma. I wish I could blame my current figure on baby weight, but it’s been too long for that excuse to work anymore. I’ve been trying to work off my extra pounds, but accomplishing that in a healthy manner is a slow process.

Meantime, I want to feel great in my clothes now!
