I’m working with a personal trainer to get stronger, healthier and more fit.  And she has asked me so many questions about my past, my eating habits, my relationship with working out, etc. etc.

It’s funny how that approach works, that whenever you’re trying to move forward with a goal or a project, it’s recommended you look backward first.

And with style it’s no different: Sometimes we have to step away from the closet and look backward to be able to move forward.
